Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services provided by Ignitex. By accessing our platforms, attending our events, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ignitex ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account, purchasing tickets, applying as an artist, or otherwise accessing our platforms and events — including esports tournaments, live sports, concerts, and cultural experiences — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may participate in designated esports or youth events only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately, if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Tickets & Purchases
4.1 Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable except where permitted by law or expressly allowed by Ignitex. Reselling tickets above face value may result in cancellation without refund.
4.2 Refunds & Cancellations
In the event that Ignitex cancels or significantly alters an event, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs incurred by attendees.
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to obtain tickets through fraudulent means — including unauthorized use of payment methods, bots, or scalping software — will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
5. Event Attendance & Code of Conduct
All attendees, artists, and participants at Ignitex events are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited at all Ignitex events:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind
- Possession of prohibited items, including weapons or controlled substances, unless expressly permitted by venue regulations
- Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or photography of performances or other attendees
- Interference with event operations, equipment, or staff
- Unauthorized commercial activity, including solicitation or distribution of promotional materials
Ignitex reserves the right to remove any person from an event without refund for violation of this Code of Conduct.
6. Esports Participation
6.1 Tournament Rules
Participants in Ignitex esports events are bound by the specific tournament rules published for each event, in addition to these Terms. Failure to comply with tournament rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and/or account suspension.
6.2 Fair Play
Cheating, use of unauthorized software, exploiting game bugs outside accepted play conventions, account sharing, or any form of match manipulation is strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to relevant game publishers and may result in permanent bans.
6.3 Prizes
Prize eligibility, distribution timelines, and applicable tax obligations will be communicated in each event's official rules. Ignitex is not responsible for any third-party platform delays affecting prize delivery.
7. Artist & Talent Terms
Artists, performers, and talent engaging with Ignitex for event bookings are subject to separate contractual agreements. These Terms apply to platform access and general conduct. Specific payment terms, performance obligations, and intellectual property arrangements are governed by individual booking contracts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Ignitex platforms — including logos, graphics, event branding, schedules, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Ignitex or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User-generated content submitted to our platforms grants Ignitex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for event promotion and marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ignitex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ignitex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your conduct at our events.
11. Disclaimers
Our services and platforms are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Ignitex is not responsible for third-party services, content, or platforms linked from our sites.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ignitex is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by notifying us. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring individual claims in small claims court.
13. Termination
Ignitex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to other users, artists, or the integrity of our events. Upon termination, outstanding obligations under these Terms shall survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
